In general, you can browse the Inclusive Works website without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself.

Collection of personally identifiable information

If you register for a newsletter, enter into a competition, participate in a seminar, order a book or other merchandise, request information, provide feedback or apply for a job, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name and e-mail address. Rarely phone numbers and postal addresses are stored. This information is collected only with your knowledge and permission, and is kept in the Inclusive Works offline database.

Personally identifiable information

Inclusive Works may use the personal information you provide to:

  • Contact you – to mail newsletters, documents, publications, etc. to you.
  • Manage and process your job application;
  • Confirm your purchase (eg. of one of our books)
  • Confirm your participation in a competition, seminar, workshop, etc.

What if I don’t want to provide personal information?

Providing personal information on the Inclusive Works website is optional. If you choose not to provide personal information, you can still browse and use the Inclusive Works site, but you will not be able to carry out certain actions such as purchasing items, registering for a newsletter, or applying for a job.

Opting out and changing your information

At any time, you can cancel or modify your information by returning to the Inclusive Works website under “Contact us” or by sending us an email to [email protected].

Security

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered on the Inclusive Works site to any third party without prior consent. For purposes of cooperation between third organisation, if consent is given, data may be used to introduce third parties to each other. Any information provided to Inclusive Works by users of the Inclusive Works site is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways other than as set forth in this privacy policy, or in ways to which you have explicitly consented. All information is stored offline and no third party has access to any of our databases.

However, Inclusive Works assumes no responsibility for the security of information in cases where force majeure is involved.

The Inclusive Works site contains link to sites external to the inclusiveworks.eu domain. Inclusive Works is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites.
