How does academic literature define the term inclusion? And which factors contribute to successful inclusive policies? What particular inclusion problems does the labour market face? Laura Coello and Solveig Kreinsen investigated these questions in the spring of 2019.
Literature suggests that inclusion is not only an ideal, but also a process and a result, that necessitate continuous adaption and reinterpretation in a rapidly changing society.
