Workshops and other types of tra

Inclusive Works has expertise in giving workshops, guest lectures and other forms of training.

What is Inclusion? And how do you create an inclusive organisation?

This training can take the form of a workshop (duration: minimum of 1.5 hours) in which an introduction is given about 'Inclusion' and particularly highlights the 7 factors that contribute to the successful implementation of Inclusive policies. It can also take the form of a longer training in which your organization is supported in finding out how factors that contribute to successful inclusion can be implemented in your organization.

Working in the Netherlands: values and standards

This training is for both employers and new staff. The training, first of all, allows the employer to be confronted with their own implicit work values and standards. We also discuss various forms of communication and what cultural-sensitive communication entails. Finally, the most common Dutch work values and standards - for office work - are described.

The training is available in Dutch and English.

Hate Speech (online): what is it and what can I do about it?

After this workshop / guest lecture (duration: minimum 1 hour) you understand which expression qualify as Hate Speech is and which do not. You also know what you, as a potential victim or counselor, can do if Hate Speech occurs, such as which organizations can help you and what legal avenues you have to combat Hate Speech.

Inclusive Works also has experience in giving guest lecture to students about Hate Speech, particularly Hate Speech that occurs online - this is where young people mainly experience or witness Hate Speech.

Combating Hate Speech

Inclusive Works has been pushing forward the agenda to help combat Hate Speech. With our Manual, lessons and workshops, for instance, we have reached minorities and majorities alike and informed them about the concrete steps they can take if they encounter Hate Speech. We are now, together with the students of the Arts Academy of Utrecht (HKU) developing new tools to make this information even more accessible for everyone.

Work Ethics

Inclusive Works likes to make sure that its employees and other people who are directly involved in the organisation are aware that they may not incited hatred or discriminate in order to fully comply with these ethical norms. Are you curious which concrete values Inclusive Works adheres to?
