In order for a project to be classed as a good practice, its effects and outcomes have to be evaluated. Inclusive Works provides independent evaluations of the short-term effects and/or long-term outcomes of your project using a methodology tailored to best suit your needs.

Our current work in evaluations includes:

Evaluations of integration practices performed by organizations in the Netherlands for the European Web Site on Integration

Internal evaluation of the promotion and dissemination seminar "The most innovative diversity practices in Europe" Evaluation promotional seminar 17-10-2018.pdf

Internal evaluation of the children's story competition "Write & Unite" Evaluatie Write Unite 2016.pdf

Combating Hate Speech

Inclusive Works has been pushing forward the agenda to help combat Hate Speech. With out Manual, lessons and workshops, for instance, we have reached minorities and majorities alike and informed them about the concrete steps they can take if they encounter Hate Speech. We are now, together with the students of the Arts Academy of Utrecht (HKU) developing new tools to make this information even more accessible for everyone.

Here are the first sketches of the upcoming tools.

Work Ethics

Inclusive Works likes to make sure that its employees and other people who are directly involved in the organisation are aware that they may not incited hatred or discriminate in order to fully comply with these ethical norms. Are you curious which concrete values Inclusive Works adheres to?
